Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and will provide a full refund for items found to be defective or damaged upon receipt. Requests for refunds must be made within 5 business days of delivery/pickup, and items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect ordering. All requests for refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the returned item.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy: At Cabinets to Kitchens, we offer shipping within Southern Ontario for all of our products and across Canada for select items. Shipping fees will be calculated based on the size and weight of the item(s) and the delivery location. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. All orders will be shipped within 5 business days of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Hold Policy: All pick-up orders will be held for 5 business days, after which a $300 storage fee will be charged per week past-due. Customers will be notified via email when their order is available for pickup. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange for pickup of their order within the specified timeframe. If an order is not picked up within the designated timeframe, it will be subject to the Hold Policy.
